Born Henry Graham Greene on 2 October 1904 Graham Greene was an English novelist and author regarded as one of the great writers of the 20th century.
Greene acquired a reputation early in his lifetime as a major writer both of serious novels and of thrillers. Through 67 years of writings which included over 25 novels, he explored the political and moral issues of the modern world often through a Catholic perspective.
Graham Greene died on the 3rd of April 1991.
This 3/4 life size portrait sculpture stands at approximately 15 inches (45cm) including mahogany plinth. Each of the edition of only 50 pieces
is hand cast by the sculptor in bronze resin and finished with a verdigris over black patination. Attached to the base (but not shown in the images) is an engraved plaque simply inscribed “Graham Greene” although personalized inscriptions can be arranged on request.
