Bust of Charles Bukowski

Charles Bukowski was born Heinrich Karl Bukowski on August 16, 1920. He was a German–American poet, novelist, and short story writer. His writing was influenced by the social, cultural, and economic ambience of his home city of LA. This bust of the German – American author and poet Charles Bukowski is part of an edition of only 50 pieces worldwide. The work stands at around 16 inches including mahogany plinth. It is a perfect size for offices and home libraries. Cast to order in resin bronze by the artist. It is one of a series of literary sculptures produced by the artist. The statue is finished with a wax verdigris over black patination. Each of the edition comes with a numbered certificate signed by the artist.
